Features of the Fleet Global Contractor Program

• Attractive settlements based on either a mileage basis or as a percentage of gross revenue, with accessorial pay and fuel surcharges.
• Settlements paid each Friday based on all loads submitted by Monday 7:30 a.m.
• Settlements can be paid on Comdata cards for automated transfer to your bank account.
• Delivery paperwork can be scanned at our truckstop network or any terminal so that you can get your settlements faster.
• Contractor escrow withheld at a nominal weekly rate to free up your cash flow.
• No up-front monies required at time of leasing
• Comdata Fuel Cards are provided to help you manage your largest operating expense.
• Base plates are available for cost plus a reasonable procurement fee. Charges are deducted at $250 the first week and then $50 per week thereafter until paid.
• Fleet physical damage insurance is available and deducted weekly.
• Non-trucking liability (bobtail) insurance is available with weekly deductions.
• Occupational accident/contingent workers compensation insurance is accepted in lieu of traditional workers compensation coverage. Our fleet policy is available with weekly deductions.
• No charge for Single State Registration or IFTA decal with a minimum six months service requirement.
• No charge for initial drug testing with a minimum six months service requirement
• Fuel tax plans are available.
• Trailer leasing is available with no extra deposits.
• Safety bonus programs including a Road Side Inspection Bonus Program for no violations and a quarterly Safety Award Bonus of up to $1,000.

Through the integrated Jigsaw Platform the support services listed below are available to our contractors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services are geared to boost your success as an independent business operator.

Safety Services

We mentioned earlier about frequent E-mail reminders from Safety Joe. In addition, you can log in to the Fleet Global website for a host of safety information. Think of it as "continuing education" available on your schedule.

Load Availability

Not only do you have access to all loads and capacity available throughout the extensive Fleet Global Jigsaw Platform, we provide loads from shippers posted on popular load matching boards. Our dispatchers are always ready to help you pre-plan your movements.

Settlement Statements Always at Your Fingertips

With an advanced information management system, you will always have online access to your vital settlement information. Like a filing cabinet that travels with you, this provides you last week's settlement as well as the one from two months ago. Never worry about misplacing a statement again.

Email Services

With the Fleet Global web-based E-mail servers, you will always have access to messages from your family, friends, associates - and your team members at Fleet Global such as Safety Joe with his regular reminders and tips to promote an accident-free workplace.

Always in Touch

The Jigsaw™ Mobile Communications program integrates the Fleet Global online services with your hand-held mobile phone. Just because you can't log in to your laptop doesn't mean that you can't check your mail, send and receive automated messages, and with the click of a button, you have voice services with your dispatchers and fellow drivers.

Fleet Global's integration of settlement data with optional services from certified accounting professionals can reduce the problems associated with tax reporting... no need to worry about missing settlement statements or lost deduction receipts.
